How do I know which size or length to choose?

Every product page lists the measurements we have for that item, including length, width, grip size and weight where they apply. If you are choosing on someone else's behalf and are not sure what will suit them, write to us with the task you have in mind and we will talk it through with you.

Can I order a single item, or do I have to buy several?

You can order a single item. There is no minimum order on the shop. If you are buying for a shop, a care provider or a distribution business, use the wholesale enquiry form instead and we will quote for the quantities you need.

How do I pay for an order?

Orders are paid by bank transfer. When you place an order you will see our bank details together with an order reference, and you can upload a copy of your transfer receipt on the same page. We check the payment against our account before anything is dispatched, so nothing leaves until both sides can see it has gone through.

Where do you ship to, and how long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on where you are and which carrier serves your address, so we confirm the cost and the expected window with you before dispatch rather than quoting one figure that may not hold for your country. Tell us where the order is going and we will give you the detail for that address.

Write to us and describe what did not work. We will go through the options with you and explain what to expect before you send anything back. We would rather sort out a wrong choice than leave you with something you cannot use.
